This magazine was designed to feature the work of passed and current combat camera operations. It was originally intended to feature work from across the department of defense, as well as the men and women behind the camera, but was shifted to focus primarily on 55th signal company (Combat Camera). The layout was designed by combining elements from two templates, licensed by myself, and then building out new pages based on the established look. The intention was to create simple layouts the focused more on the imagery for operational articles, composing the layout with images in triangular or diagonal compositions to guide the readers eye to the text.
